Training and Style: I received my yoga certification from YogaWorks in NYC. This method is rooted in the work of Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. It is an alignment-based Vinyasa style that emphasizes safety. The teaching philosophy draws from Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Desikachar. Weaving together the breath, flow, and therapeutic benefits. I am also a certified kids’ yoga and restorative instructor.
